What does the Diamonds Inc Lifetime Guarantee Cover?

If your ring ever needs refinishing due to normal wear, Diamonds Inc. will refresh your ring free of charge, Rhodium Plating included.

If your finger size ever changes, Diamonds Inc. will resize or replace your ring free of charge. In the event that material has to be added to your ring to complete sizing, you will only be charged the price of the metal or stones necessary to create the new piece. 

Limitations may apply for rings with stones on the band, engravings, or intricate designs. Our team is happy to help you identify if your ring is resizable under our general resizing policy or restricted sizing policy.

The lifetime Guarantee does not cover a ring that has been purchased or ordered in the incorrect finger size or if finger sizes have changed between the time of purchase and actual physical receipt of the piece.

  • This Guarantee is available only for Diamonds Inc. bridal jewelry products (i.e. engagement rings and wedding bands). It does not apply to any other product Diamonds Inc. produces.
  • Chipped or missing stones are only covered in the first 60 days of actual ware. The lifetime Guarantee cannot be used for chipped or missing stones after 60 days of wear. Center diamond or stones bigger than .30 ct are not included in this guarantee.
  • Third party alterations to rings, excluding engraving will automatically void the Guarantee.
